- Shop data: shop name, Facebook Page ID, OAuth access tokens, product listings and settings.
- WhatsApp data: your connected WhatsApp Business number and messages sent through automation.
- Comment data: information about the comments on your Facebook posts that automation replies to.
- Customer data: names, phone numbers, addresses and order details submitted through your shop's automation or store.
- Inbox data: Messenger and WhatsApp messages that pass through our automation layer.
- Payment reference data: transaction references for subscriptions and orders (bKash/Nagad/Rocket, etc.). We do not store full card numbers or payment PINs.
- AI training data: product information, FAQs and instructions you provide to train the AI.
- Usage data: browser type, IP address, pages visited and timestamps — collected automatically via server logs.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Operate, maintain and improve the platform.
- Process and relay Messenger, WhatsApp and comment messages.
- Manage your shop's products, orders and customer communication.
- Send transactional emails such as email verification and password resets.
- Diagnose technical problems and improve performance.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Facebook & Meta Data
When you connect a Facebook Page, we receive and store your Page ID and access token via OAuth. This data is used solely to operate Messenger and comment automation on your behalf.
Meta Limited Use: data obtained from Meta's APIs is used only to provide and improve the service. We do not post on your behalf, access your personal Facebook account data, or share your token with any third party. You may revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Page.
AI Processing & Sub-processors
To provide the service, your and your customers' messages may be processed by trusted third-party AI and infrastructure providers, such as:
- AI model providers (e.g. Google Gemini) — for message analysis and reply generation.
- Automation/workflow and hosting providers — for message routing and data storage.
These sub-processors handle data only under our instructions, never for their own marketing.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Data may be shared only in these cases:
- Service providers: trusted third parties (e.g. AI, email delivery, hosting, payments) that process data under our instructions.
- Legal requirements: when required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of Zoppy AI or its users.
Data Retention
We retain your account and shop data for as long as your account is active. Inbox messages and order records are kept to support your business operations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data. Some data may be retained where required by law.
Data Deletion
To delete your data or your customers' data, email info@zoppyai.com. To remove data obtained from Facebook/Meta, disconnecting your Page deletes the associated tokens and data. Valid requests are processed within a reasonable time.
Data Security
We apply industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords and access-controlled infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please use a strong password and keep your login details confidential.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
