1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Zoppy AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners and administrators.

2. Description of Service

Zoppy AI is a B2B SaaS platform that connects Facebook business pages to an AI-powered inbox automation layer. The Service enables automated management of Facebook Messenger conversations, product queries, and order creation on behalf of registered shops.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be a legitimate business operator to register a shop on the platform.
• Zoppy AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Facebook Integration

To use the automation features, you must connect your Facebook Page and provide a valid Page Access Token. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permissions from Facebook to use such tokens. Zoppy AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. and makes no guarantees regarding Facebook API availability or policy changes.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content to customers.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.

6. Data & Privacy

Zoppy AI stores message data, product information, and order records on your behalf to operate the Service. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software within Zoppy AI are the property of Zoppy AI or its licensors. You retain ownership of your shop data, product listings, and customer information. You grant Zoppy AI a limited licence to process that data solely to deliver the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zoppy AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from automation errors, API downtime, or platform changes by Meta.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Zoppy AI shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
