By using or registering for Zoppy AI, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using or accessing this site. These terms apply to all users: business owners, admins, and team members alike.

Description of Service

Zoppy AI is an integrated social media management platform that provides the following features:

AI-powered comment and message management across multiple social media platforms
Real-time webhook integration and instant messaging features
Integration with Meta platform APIs
Analytics and performance tracking for social media engagement
Smart Order Management (orders, customers, and sales all in one dashboard)
Website — a separate subdomain for each shop (e.g. mangobazar.zoppyai.com)

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time by providing users with reasonable notice.

Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login information secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
To register a shop on the platform, you must be a legitimate business.
Zoppy AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of a violation of the terms.

Platform Integration and Compliance

Zoppy AI integrates with various third-party platforms and services. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that:

To enable automation, you must connect your Facebook Page through Facebook OAuth. This is used to obtain the permissions necessary to operate the service.
You confirm that you have the legitimate right to use the relevant Page.
Zoppy AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. We provide no guarantee regarding the availability of the Facebook/WhatsApp API or changes to Meta's policies.
You must comply with the terms and policies of all integrated platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining valid accounts and permissions on these platforms.
Zoppy's access to your platform data is limited only to what you have explicitly authorized.
Platform integration may be subject to changes or limitations imposed by third-party providers.
You agree to comply with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policy. If your page or any Meta asset is cancelled/banned, the relevant automation will not work.

AI Services and Content Generation

Our AI-powered features use third-party AI services to generate content and responses. By using these features:

You acknowledge that AI-generated content is provided as a suggestion and requires your review.
The final responsibility for all messages and outputs sent from your page/website to customers rests with you.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing.
Full ownership of and responsibility for all content published through our platform will remain with you.
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific needs.
You agree not to use AI features to create harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

User Liability and Acceptable Use

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree:

To provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
To maintain the security of your login credentials and API tokens.
To comply with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction while using the service.
To respect the intellectual property rights of others.
Not to use the service to send spam, harassment, unsolicited and misleading messages to customers, or for other prohibited activities.
Not to attempt to bypass platform rate limits or security measures.
Not to share your account access with unauthorized parties.
Not to copy, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
Not to sell illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited products.

Data and Privacy

Use of Zoppy AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. To operate the service, we store your shop, message, order, and customer data. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. In the case of your customers' data, you act as the data controller and Zoppy AI acts as the data processor. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscription and Payment Terms

If you subscribe to Zoppy AI's paid features:

The service operates on a prepaid basis. Payment is taken in advance for the billing period. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Refunds are provided in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, and approved refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to process.
Some features are credit-based. Once a credit pack is purchased, it is for use and is generally non-refundable (except as described in the Refund Policy).
Prorated billing may apply based on the remaining time when upgrading your plan.
We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable advance notice.
Subscription: the service works on a prepaid basis. Payment is taken in advance for the billing period. All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
Credits: some features are credit-based. Purchased credit packs are for use and are generally non-refundable (except as described in the refund policy).
Upgrades: upgrading a plan may apply a proportional (pro-rated) calculation based on the remaining time.

Website

You can create your own branded website for your shop using Zoppy AI
Full responsibility for the products, prices, descriptions, stock, and order processing displayed on the website is yours.
Responsibility for transactions, delivery, and dispute resolution with your customers is yours; Zoppy AI is not a party to this.

Payment Processing

Zoppy AI provides integration/reference facilities with payment methods such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc. The actual money transactions take place through the respective payment providers. Zoppy AI is not responsible for their service, fees, or delays.

Intellectual Property

All software, content, and trademarks of Zoppy AI are the property of Zoppy AI or its licensors. Ownership of your shop data, product listings, and customer information remains yours. You grant Zoppy AI a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimer

The materials of Zoppy AI are provided on an “as is” basis. Zoppy AI makes no warranties of any kind, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zoppy AI or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials of Zoppy AI, even if Zoppy AI or its authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Account Termination and Its Effects

You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
In case of a violation of the terms, we may suspend/terminate the account with or without notice.
After termination, automation will stop and, where applicable, your data may be deleted.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes will be deemed acceptance of the modified terms. In the case of significant changes, we notify registered users via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law, and any dispute relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
