Zoppy AI offers subscription-based access to an AI-powered Facebook Messenger automation platform. We want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.
2. Subscription Plans
Zoppy AI operates on a prepaid subscription model. By subscribing, you gain access to the platform features for the duration of your billing period. All payments are processed in advance and are non-refundable except as described in this policy.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service Unavailability: If Zoppy AI experiences unplanned downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours during your active subscription period.
- Billing Error: If you were charged incorrectly or more than once for the same subscription period.
- New Subscription Within 7 Days: If you subscribed for the first time and have not used the platform's core automation features, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after using the Service.
- Your Facebook Page was disabled or your access token was revoked by Meta.
- You failed to configure the automation correctly.
- Refund is requested after 7 days of the subscription start date (for first-time subscribers).
- Your account was suspended due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@zoppyai.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include the following details:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of your payment.
- The reason for your refund request.
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Zoppy AI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless you qualify under section 3 above. Your access will remain active until the end of the paid period.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
