We want you to be satisfied with Zoppy AI. This policy explains when refunds may be given and how to request one.
Overview
Zoppy AI is a subscription-based AI automation and commerce platform. We want you to be satisfied with our service. This policy explains the situations in which a refund may be given.
Subscription Plans
Zoppy AI works on a prepaid model. When you subscribe, you get access to features for the billing period. All payments are taken in advance and all prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Except for the exceptions described in this policy, payments are non-refundable.
Free Trial
New users can start a 7-day free trial. No charge is taken during the trial, so no refund applies to the trial. If you do not subscribe after the trial ends, the service becomes limited/disabled.
Credit Packs
Some features are credit-based. Purchased credits are for use and are generally non-refundable. However, credits/payments wrongly deducted due to a billing error may be refunded subject to verification.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:
- Service unavailability: if, during an active subscription, unplanned downtime lasts more than 72 continuous hours.
- Billing error: if you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same billing period.
- First-time subscription — within 7 days: if you subscribed for the first time and have not meaningfully used the platform's core automation features, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
- You simply changed your mind after using the service.
- Meta disabled/banned your Facebook Page or any asset.
- You failed to configure automation correctly.
- The request was made after 7 days from a first-time subscription.
- Your account was suspended for violating the terms (see Terms & Conditions).
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email info@zoppyai.com with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
- Your registered email address.
- The date of payment.
- The reason for the refund.
We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (e.g. bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card) within 7–10 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing may take longer; Zoppy AI is not responsible for third-party delays.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing, but the current billing period is not refunded unless it meets the eligibility in Section 5.
- Your access remains active until the paid period ends.
- Upgrades: upgrading a plan may adjust a pro-rated calculation based on the remaining time.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
